Know your ring size
There are several methods to find out your ring size. Here are some easy ways to determine your ring size:
-
Use a ring you already wear. Take a ring that you normally wear on your ring finger and place it on a tape measure or ruler. Measure the inside circumference of the ring and compare it to the ring size correspondence indicated on the tape measure or ruler.
-
Use a ring size measuring tool. There are several ring sizing tools available online or at jewelry stores. These tools are usually designed as a plastic or metal circle that can be adjusted to the size of your finger. Simply follow the instructions that come with the tool to determine your ring size.
-
Use a string. If you don't have rings in your size or a measuring tool, you can use a piece of string, thread or a strip of paper of a few mm to measure your ring size. Take a string and wrap it around your finger snugly before making a notch where the threads overlap. Transfer the measurement between the notches on a ruler, and look at the length to the nearest millimeter.
- Ask a jeweler. If you're in doubt about your ring size or aren't sure which method you're using, you can ask a jeweler to help you determine your ring size. Most jewelry stores have ring sizing tools and often offer a free sizing service.
If you already have rings, but want to be sure of the Aglaïa & Co sizes, you can use our ring sizer. To do this, print this document on an A4 sheet, so that the scale corresponds to 10cm, and put your ring on the circle that suits it best in your opinion.
Attention, the circle must be glued to the inner edge of your ring, without gap, but without covering it either. The circle that will best match your ring will therefore be your size!
It is important to note that the size of your finger may vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity, as well as factors such as exercise and weight loss or gain. It is therefore recommended that you measure your finger at different times of the day and under different conditions to get an accurate estimate of your ring size.
It is also important to note that the ring size indicated on the measuring tools may vary slightly between manufacturers. If you're buying a ring online or from a store that uses a different size scale than you're used to, it's a good idea to check the manufacturer's size charts or ask a jeweler for advice.
