Do you want to change your delivery address?
For this, we invite you to send us an email at hello@aglaiaco.com .

Want to add an item to your order?
We do not have the ability to add an item to your order. All you have to do is place your order again and give us your two order numbers. For logistical reasons, we cannot merge your orders.

These steps are possible if your order has not yet been prepared or shipped. Otherwise, it will have to be returned to us.

If you have not received a confirmation email, do not hesitate to check your spam. If not, you can contact us at hello@aglaiaco.com . We will check that your order has been taken into account and we will provide you with the information relating to it, as well as the return of your confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can find your tracking number on your Aglaïa & Co account in the "My orders" section.

I did not receive my order.
We will open an investigation with the carrier to find your package and offer you the best solution. The processing times for an investigation are approximately 15 days.

My package has been returned to you.
As soon as we receive your package, we will contact you to confirm a new shipment.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve an item in advance. We invite you to add a back in stock alert for the product(s) you wish to order in order to be informed of its back in stock or its restocking in preview. Also be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow our news on social networks to know when restocking arrives.
