Sending your orders
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is dispatched and will receive the tracking number for your order to keep you informed of the delivery of the package.
During busy periods, order preparation can take up to 72 hours.
Delivery in France is free for any purchase over €79.00.
For delivery outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
We fully understand the purchase of a jewel on the internet can cause hesitation. Also, to allow you to try the jewel quietly at home and to be sure that it gives you complete satisfaction, we give you the possibility of returning the jewel to us against reimbursement within 30 days.
To make a return from France, bring your parcel tracking number or your order number, go to our returns platform by clicking on the link below and let yourself be guided. You will be able to generate a return slip allowing you to return the package to us.
For returns from abroad, the return costs are your responsibility. Send us back the products that are not suitable for you by tracked parcel to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package by our logistics team, you will receive an email to notify you of its good reception. We will then refund the returned product(s) within 15 working days. The refund method is the one used when paying for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit you on this one. Please note that it is not possible to change the payment method for reimbursement.
All jewelery in the European Union (DOM TOM included) benefits from the 30-day return guarantee provided that:
- The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn
- The item of jewelery has not previously been returned for repair
- The jewel has been returned within 30 days of the date of the order.
The return costs are at our expense in metropolitan France.
We do not cover return costs from abroad.
We do not make exchanges. If one of our products does not suit you and you wish to change it, please return your order to us first and then place your order again.
