How do I get my money back?

As soon as we receive your parcel, if the product is in perfect condition, we will refund your order using the payment method you used to place the order. You will generally receive your refund within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the method of payment.

This refund excludes the initial delivery charge. Gift wrapping will not be refunded, even if it is returned to us.

We base the refund on the amount paid, not the product price (if promotional codes are applied).
