Refund policy
We fully understand that buying a piece of jewelry on the Internet can be a daunting experience. So, to allow you to try the jewel at home and to be sure that you are completely satisfied with it, we give you the opportunity to return the jewel to us for a refund within 30 days.
To make a return from France, take your parcel tracking number or your order number, go to our returns platform by clicking on the link below and let us guide you. You'll then be able to generate a returns slip that will enable you to send the parcel back to us.
OUR RETURNS PLATFORM
For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return unsuitable products by parcel post to the following address:

On receipt of your parcel by our logistics team, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that it has been received. We will then proceed to refund the returned product(s) within 15 working days. The method of reimbursement is the one used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your card. Please note that it is not possible to change the method of payment for a refund.
Return conditions
All jewelry in the European Union (including French overseas departments and territories) is covered by the 30-day return guarantee, provided that :
- the item is in perfect condition and has not been worn
- The jewelry has not previously been returned for repair
- The jewel has been returned within 30 days of the order date.
Return shipping costs
We are responsible for return shipping costs within metropolitan France.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs from abroad.
