Are the products under warranty?

Our jewelry, watches and leather goods are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of order if they are used under normal conditions.

The replacement of batteries and watch glass are not covered by the warranty, as they are part of the normal wear and tear of the product.

For sunglasses and ready-to-wear, you have 10 days to contact us after receipt, if you notice a defect on the product.

In the event of abnormal deterioration after these 10 days, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department to explain the problem.
