Refund policy
We understand that buying a piece of jewelry on the internet can be a hesitation. Also, to allow you to try the jewel quietly at home and to be sure that it gives you entire satisfaction we leave you the possibility of returning the jewel to us against refunding within 30 days.
To make a return from France, provide yourself with your parcel tracking number or your order number, go to our returns platform by clicking on the link below and let yourself be guided. You will be able to generate a return form allowing you to send us the package.
OUR RETURN PLATFORM
For returns from abroad, the return costs are at your expense. Send us back the products that do not suit you by tracked parcel to the following address :

Upon receipt of your package by our logistics team, you will receive an email to notify you of its receipt. We will then proceed to the refund of the returned product(s) within 15 working days. The method of reimbursement is the one used during the payment of your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit your card. Attention, it is not possible to change the method of payment for the refund.
Return conditions
All jewelry in the European Union (including DOM TOM) benefit from the 30-day return guarantee provided that:
- The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn
- The jewel has not been previously sent back for repair
- The jewel has been returned within 30 days from the date of the order.
Return shipping costs
The return costs are at our charge in metropolitan France.
We do not take in charge the return costs from abroad.
