Promote French craftsmanship and know-how
The Lyon workshop has been our historic workshop since 2015. It is the smallest workshop with which we work.
Antoine, at the head of this workshop, is an artisan jeweler who works with the most beautiful houses on Place Vendôme. Here the work is carried out to the ankle for great finesse and high quality of work.
Antoine makes our entire Victoire collection in particular but also all the cast iron parts such as our magnificent Astro medals.
Our partner workshop in Haute-Savoie is the meeting of craftsmanship and industry.
This workshop created in the 1960s by Frédéric's father, current manager, is dedicated to machining. This technique is at the heart of our Madame collection in particular.
The history of this workshop allows it to have wonders in its archives such as old prints to bring up to date or mechanical machines which perform wonders, notably wire work which is their second specialty.
In Paris, we carry out part of the electroplating of our creations. This is the final touch for our gold-plated creations because it is the application of the layer of gold on our brass-based creations.
At aglaia, we work with high quality veneer, so it is essential for us to be supported by a workshop with recognized expertise. Indeed, our pieces are gold plated - 18 Carats. This means that the layer of gold applied is 3 microns (thickness of the gold) - the name gold plated is regulated (unlike gold which has a plating with no minimum carat) which requires us to have this high quality.
This family company created in the 70s is now managed by Franck who perpetuates the family tradition around craftsmanship and cutting-edge tools and treatments. She works for big names in fashion, which gives her a special place in the world of jewelry. We are very proud of this partnership since 2020.
The workshop located in Marseille is our own workshop. In the latter, we carry out the assembly of Cultured Pearls for our Venus collection in particular. It is also here that all the stone collages are made, such as the Pasithéa ring or the Maud earrings.
To finish our Vita Nova collection, an upcycled collection, is entirely produced in our Marseille workshop with stones and findings remaining from our previous collections.
Our partner workshop in Ile de France specializes in the artisanal manufacture of rings. This know-how is at the heart of our Victoire collection in particular.
This small family business founded in the 1950s has a sense of excellence, quality and a passion for this know-how. She works with recognized houses which gives her a unique position.
