What are the return conditions?

All jewelry in the European Union (including DOM TOM) benefits from the 30-day return guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• The jewelry is in perfect condition and has not been worn
• The jewel has not previously been returned for repair
• The jewel has been returned within 30 days of the order date.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, and if they meet these criteria, a refund will be issued according to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not offer product exchange options. In addition, no refunds or credit notes will be issued for orders placed more than 30 days ago.
