What should I do if I have a problem with a product that is no longer under warranty?

Even if your item is no longer under warranty, we offer a repair service to help you in the event of a problem. The cost of this repair varies according to the nature of the problem and the product concerned. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our workshop, but we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.
